Position title
Hospitality Sales & Account Manager 

The Hong Kong Rugby Union (HKRU) is seeking a professional and responsible Hospitality Sales & Account Manager who is a key position at the heart of the HKRU Commercial team, assisting in the creation of hospitality offerings around major events, executing a sales campaign, and delivering after-sales client servicing. 

Specific responsibilities 
• Work with the Senior Commercial Staff to help create and execute hospitality sales campaigns and promotions to support the strategic commercial objectives of HKRU, including; 
  o Premium 7s hospitality packages 
  o Sportsman's Bar packages 
  o Long Lunch, Ruck’N’Roll Ball, and other ad hoc functions
  o Natixis Cup, international club matches, and other ad hoc tournaments and matches 

• Support the sales and management of the Sevens Corporate Boxes 
• Support the management of the Sevens Suites to provide an enhanced customer service experience 
• Manage the Overseas Travel Agents (OTAs) relationships, and provide support to HKRU OTA partners 
• Support the delivery of key Sevens hospitality events including Clubhouse at Sevens Village (Kick-Off Concert, Friday Brunch, etc) 
• Assist with the hosting of clients at official events, and with the activation of clients' commercial packages to ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction is delivered 
• Work closely with the CRM Manager to ensure inputted data is accurate and to use data to identify trends and sales targets 
• Work with the Senior Commercial Staff to proactively seek new revenue generation opportunities within the corporate market, and to help plan, design and produce events 

Your profile 
• Degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years relevant experience in event and hospitality preferred 
• English a must, bilingual an advantage
• Excellent communication, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to input creative ideas into promotional campaigns 
• Good interpersonal skills including the ability to negotiate and influence 
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and be comfortable to work as part of a team.
